Every morning brings a brand new day, it is a gift of the best day of your life. Each day will be filled with excitement and breakthroughs to help gap that bridge from Dreamer to Achiever to Paradise. Be honest with yourself and realize that your acknowledgment and follow through will either affect you in a very positive or negative way. That choice is strickly yours to make based on your seriousness. Take full responsibility in committing your self with Passion and Desire as you complete what is required for the next three weeks and even more importantly every day to follow. Commit yourself 100% with every ounce of your emotional and physical strength and see how wonderful things can be when you give it all. There will be three segments to the next three weeks. "Determining where you wish to be", "Developing A Plan For Getting There" and "Initiating Massive Action Steps to get what you want". Follow through with every week with all of your energy and committment. You will be surpised at the dramatic, exciting changes that will occur in your life and the happieness you will obtain.

Recommendations - 1) Choose a very quiet environment where you will be undisturbed, left alone, free of all distractions. Maybe you might have to wait for everyone to go to bed, etc. 2) Completely purge your mind of all and any distraction, you must be 100% focused for this to work. Revisit the pages on "Suggestions for Meditation" and "Meditation In Paradise" 3) Listen to the music (choose a song that really makes you feel great, there are lots to choose from on our Web Site), feel your passion and let go (if you need help with the Videos or Audio go back to page 2 Using The Audio and Videos). Let yourself go with the music, let it carry you away to a place of peace and happiness. Stay focused, do not think of anything, person, etc. You can listen to it again if you want, the longer the better. 4) Listen again to the music with even more conviction, now start thinking of where you wish to be. Limit yourself to three wishes. Maybe you only want to focus on one wish. Later you can repeat the exercise and incorporate other wishes. Be realistic and don't overwhelm yourself. 5) Now go back and listen to the music again but this time write down one, two or three wishes as to where you wish to be. Write the wishes down in your journal or 3 by 5 cards and keep it where you can see it constantly. Once again if you want to limit yourself to one wish that's ok. You can repeat this exercise and incorporate more wishes. Do not overwhelm yourself and be realistic. Limit the wishes to what really makes you happy and not what others want of you. It's your life and yours alone, no one can take your wishes and dreams. 6) Implant those wishes so solidly that if someone was to ask you "Where do you wish to be?" You could easily and quickly tell them without having to think. If you can't do that, what do you think it means in regards to what you really want? *********IF YOU CAN'T DO STEPS 1 - 6, BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF. IF YOU CAN'T DO THE STEPS, DO NOT THINK IN TERMS OF "I CAN'T DO IT, I CAN'T MAKE THE TIME, THIS DOESN'T WORK, I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING, WHAT A LOSER I AM, I GUESS I'LL BE STUCK FOREVER, ETC. DO NOT THINK LIKE THAT. ALL IT MEANS IS THAT PERHAPS YOU ARE JUSTIFIED WITH YOUR REASONS AND MAYBE NOW IS NOT A GOOD TIME. YOU KNOW YOUR PRIORITIES AND I AM CONFIDENT YOU ARE SINCERE IN THAT YOU WILL FOLLOW THROUGH AND DO IT WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT. IT'S UP TO YOU. IT'S YOUR LIFE AND YOU ARE CONSTANTLY MAKING DECISIONS AS TO HOW YOU WANT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE.
