Suggestions for the week - Memorize what he is saying, keep at it and you will surprised at how well you can memorize anything with practice. Copy the words down in your journal and 3" by 5" cards and repeat the words every day every hour, etc. Go out and buy the DVD or rent the movie Rocky Balboa. Start a motivational library, play the DVD's several times and note the scenes that motivate and make you feel good. We eat on a constant basis to keep us alive, we sleep daily to keep us healthy, so do the same with your mind, keep it well fed and healthy.
